Sister Ann Grannard wife of Thomas Grannard Four Sister-in-laws Mary Wadds wife of William Wadds ?100 Jane Durrance ?100 Ann Durrance ?100 Sole Executor. Eleanor Durrance ?100 Will dated 1st November 1778 Probate 14th December 1778 The Settlement was made shortly befor John and Mary were married on 20th September 1773. John was 53 at that time, so it could have been his 2nd marriage. Mary Durrance Melton Mowbray 1783 PR/T/1783/79 A Bond Thomas Durrance and Jarvis Digby of Burton Lazars, Grazier, Thomas Durrance, Glover to Edward Taylor, Lawyer for ?43 on 23rd December 1783. Thomas Durrance natural and lawfull brother and sole executor in Last Will of John Durrance late of Melton Mowbray. Grazier and widower deceased, without issue, administrator of Goods and Chattels of Mary Durrance of Melton Mowbray aforesaid deceased (formely Mary Warring and wife of John Durrance) Settlement previous to her marriage.
